Hydraulic Station is designed for quick changing of extruder screen changing; It is compact, movable, simple operation and maintenance. It features strong flow, reliable, low noise and integrated system.
It equips hydraulic pump which hydraulic flow fills into the energy accumulator through a one-way valve. Operate lever of diverting valve to activate cylinder to extend or return for quick screener changing. Hydraulic pump is protected by pressure sensor to avoid over pressure operation.
High speed screen changer can be used for single and twin screw extruder. It connects with Hydraulic station while screen changing.
