Colormax Systems vibratory feeders are designed for the accurate and reliable feeding of fibers, glass fibers, granules, rough-gained powders, and other abrasive or fragile ingredients. Vibratory feeders are especially suited for products with abrasive reaction.
The vibratory feeding module-consisting of a vibrator, a closed feeder tray and a hopper- is placed on weighing scale. The feeder tray, the hopper and the scale are stainless steel. The feeder is totally maintenance-free with no mechanical parts subject to wear.
The feeding range can be pre-selected with the slide-valve. Feeding range: 2L/hr-2, 600L/hr.
